I retained Xpress Builders to install a roof exhaust vent from my bathroom fan. Byron inspected the job site prior to accepting the job and was able to give me an accurate assessment of the required work and an accurate estimate of costs. He explained the installation process and corrected some of my own assumptions. The job was completed in a timely manner with excellent workmanship and I am fully pleased with the installation. I recommend Byron and his team and would call on them again.

I reached out to Byron to repair our roof gable vent. One afternoon, he used his drone to assess the problem (our roof is very steep), the next day him and his team came back and did the repair, all within a week of contacting him. We highly recommend Bryon of Xpress Builders Roofing & Siding to anyone needing roof or chimney work. Bryon is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He returns calls immediately and answers all questions with a clear explanation. His team is polite and hard working. They work until the job is complete. We had our chimney repaired which included removing old cement, reparging, replacing the crown, a cap and flashing. We had 3 flat roofs which were originally shingled incorrectly by previous roofers.
