Scheduled to have my carpet cleaned with more than enough notice, requested a change of date (well in advance) day of my appt cleaner no contact - no show.. I had to reach out to who I presume was the manager, he seemed very nonchalant to the fact that this inconvenienced my whole day, he claimed cleaner “Joe” got into an accident which I simply do not believe. I find it very hard to believe all of these good reviews for this company, but I personally did not have a good first experience & felt compelled to share this.
