I was in need of someone to take me to and from dialysis treatment three times a week as well as other places. I've tried different companies, and they were either late or provided poor service or both. One driver even left me when I was a few minutes later than normal, and I ended up having to wait over 2 hours for them to send someone else back to pick up!
