We had been looking for Polywood furniture for our pool for weeks, and we'd passed by Xplor and seen their sign advertising patio furniture. We finally decided to stop, and we were shocked when we walked into the back area and saw the selection. The Amish made version they carry is so much heavier and better made than Polywood, at a much better price. They were very helpful and gave us a great deal on all we bought. Call up to the store to ask a reasonable question; "do you negotiate prices?" It's a logical question for someone to ask if they do not see any signage saying otherwise, within three seconds of me asking this the lady on the phone busts out laughing and basically yells "NO!!" At me, I ask to speak to the manager, she is the manager. I would not want to do business with a manager being so rude to someone inquiring about their store.
poor customer service examples. i buy phone form there. got home did not work. so thats fine go back to get another one. got home still did not work. so dive back. talk to a woman about it she said let piece it. ok need in the mean time i drive 45miles i asked about some type of in store credit she said i will get somebody for you. i wait 20mins nobody come. this place is junk
