Disappointed that Deal for my trade was not of great value, but , Our conversation was Great and so was Lori .I BELIEVE if they could have seen and driven my Trade ,Value would have been BETTER, My pictures were Not Good enough.,I Guess...

Cedric the salesman seemed to be a good guy that cared, but might be an act. Everything went good until it came to the paperwork. On the way home I realized I didn't receive my copies of the paperwork so the following Monday I contacted Cedric and he sent the request to the finance department. I got a call two days later saying the lender that I had already signed the paperwork for had fallen through and I had to put an additional $1200 down to make it work. Sketchy. Arrived and a customer who had been sold a vehicle with failed emissions was demanding a refund. I left.
