I reached out to John with Xpert on Wednesday Evening requesting someone take a look after the storms that evening blew off shingles. I received an immediate response & John was here fist thing the next morning. Not only did he put tarps down where needed to keep things safe until he can get the shingles we need to repair everything but he also helped walk me through what will be in our best interest financially. I highly recommend John Warner with Xpert Group. We encountered a lot of issues with our insurance, State Farm. They tried to say our damage was wear and tear after a large hailstorm and they also tried to say it was manufactured damage which was very insulting.
