We lost a vent and had shingle damage during a wind storm. We had several companies offer to help but Dominic Nugent at Xperience was, by far, the most helpful and informative. We chose Xperience and had a great experience! Dominic explain the contract and costs in detail and had us in the calendar immediately and within two weeks we had a new roof. The whole team was incredible. Great customer service has always been vital for me and Jeffrey delivered. He was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt with his communication. Wasn’t a perfect transaction due to a non fault either party communication error but the job was done in a professional and expert manner. The company did a great job. I’m very happy with my new roof and spouts. Product and service was excellent. Jeff Bartholomew was the fellow I worked with and he was kind and professional. Together we worked through the communication error. Since then I have referred this company to others who have also had successful transactions.
