Very awful gym , the staff is extremely awful, the gym is dirty , the locker room is dirty. Oh and did I mention the staff is extremely awful. I would never recommend this gym too anyone.
They need staff for cleaning on the weekends. Place was filthy in the mens locker room.
The only thing I like is the body flow class and it's instructors. But I found the same thing as mentioned above, air condition is bad in the gym room. Front desk people are friendly but I wish them to improve quality not just quantities by membership.
The Vadnais Heights Gym has poor air conditioning and air filtering system. This past summer it has been unbearable in the fitness class area. The main part of the gym is somewhat cooler. The manager has said nothing can or will be done about it. You get what u pay for here as it is also not clean.
I love going to experience I have done so much more than I thought I could.enjoy being around people and meeting up with friends from the past. The staff are very nice too.

This gym has a select few staff members that are great people, the rest are a bunch of judgemental pricks. If you want your stuff stolen join here, I had filed multiple claims on stolen property and was never contacted back, but I was contacted about other meaningless things by the HR department. With Dumb and Dumber running this place, be prepared for a very disappointing Xperience! The night time front desk guy is more competent than John and Tony running this pit!!
