This gym is going down hill. The movie room is broken and I heard now they are going to make it a training room. That just sucks. I will need to find a new gym. Bad management here!
Do you enjoy finding full used condoms in the lockers ? Do you enjoy broken machines and faulty equipment ? Do you enjoy not being able to use a scale unless you ask someone at membership ? If you you answered yes to all 3 of these questions then this is the perfect gym for you. And if you already have a membership here and want to cancel it have fun. Their customer service is a blast to work with!
It's a great place to work out, people are friendly and I love there classes.
The cardio theater hasn't worked for at least 2 weeks, one tv hasn't worked for at least a week, I couldn't get the audio app to work to listen to the tvs, the showers are never clean, they eliminated a Body Pump class in January (the busiest month of the year), the website says it still has a juice bar, but the location is convenient so I keep going.
I've been going to xperience for 3 years and although I mostly go to the Woodbury location the vadnais heights is a nice option especially when I'm in the area for work. It's usually clean staff seem nice and I like the set up. I wish it was open 24 hours like Woodbury but I've never had an issues with either location. Just don't go during peak hours
