Annual fees were not mentioned in speedy sales pitch. Squat racks had up to a 20 minute wait, which discouraged me from using the gym some of the time. I was told I could definitely get a discount from my health insurance provider but this was also not true. Cancellations are designed to be very difficult, involving physical appearances, emailing and calling two different companies at once. Calling the gym will put you on a phone tree that eventually hangs up on you. Would not sign up again
Please clean the windows I've complained about it numerous times and nothing is done!!
I try to avoid peak business hours ANYWHERE, especially the gym. With that said, I like Vadnais X. I get in, blast my music in my headphones, workout, RERACK my weights, CLEAN/WIPE DOWN what I've used, and get out. If everyone could do those things, that'd be great, but oh well. It's affordable, I like the layout of the gym, and I typically just do my own thing. But, oh... don't expect to get any actual color from the tanning beds. Overall, it is what it is, and I'm satisfied!
Zumba classes are incredibly fun and a really great workout!
absolute crap customer service. overcharged me, I proved them wrong and they still refuse to refund my money.
I enjoy their personal trainers and the time they spend helping me on the different machines and customizing A work out for me and my ability. I recommend Tim N as a personal trainer
Love the classes, hot tub in locker room, hours, child care, and tanning!! Prices can't be beat!
