Several years can make a difference! With the recent merger on the Property Management side, I’m concerned with how the implementation and migration is impacting customer service. I would give them a zero if I could. I just had a heat pump go out over the weekend in Las Vegas 100+ degree heat. I have tried to contact them twice (Monday and Tuesday). Once, there is no real plan of action. Second time, there was no answer during business hours. If the second heat pump goes out, it will be unbearable. People die from heat exposure. Made it extremely difficult to see or apply for one of their properties. I’ve never had a place require as much as they do: 3 months bank statements, IRS tax forms, W2 forms, last two paychecks, a health form for my dog, references and so many other things before even seeing the property. Feels like I got scammed out of my application fee. It felt disorganized and hectic…not worth the hassle for a generic rental.
