We love the new addition done for us by Xpand, Inc. and only have complaints about the project manager’s handling of a couple contractor-related problems which were all, eventually, resolved. We give very high marks to the in-house carpentry team who have been exceptional in all respects. We were very happy with the in-house structural and cosmetic design guidance. I first found out about Expand when my neighbor had them put on a deck , they were very happy with the workmanship , so I decided to give Expand a call . Jess returned my call right away and came out within a few days to give me an estimate on my deck . He was always very prompt about responding back to my emails and phone calls .
