The guys at Xpand, Inc did an amazing job on my 4 season porch remodel. Andy did an incredible job of keeping me up to date on the progress of the job, and everyone did quality work every step of the way. Dave and his team did an outstanding job building a great looking, well-built deck. They took down the old deck and handled the disposal of the old materials. The whole process took less than two weeks and we were able to enjoy the deck before winter came. Dave made the design process easy and clear by showing us options that fit our house. Andy came out a day after requesting a quote and checked out the project. It felt like Andy was genuinely intent on helping us get the job done for the right price - he's either a fantastic sales guy or a downright decent human being. We ended up hiring Xpand to rebuild our deck, not a huge project, not a ton of money involved, but they really made us feel like we were important even though I imagine to them we were small fish.
