Nicolette/xoxo Love is one of the rudest & most unprofessional owners I have ever dealt with at ANY business. During my hair dye appointment she proceeded to gossip about other customers, as if I knew them. My hair was dyed horribly & when I complained she said "You gotta deal with it babe, that's the best I can do." She then said I could pay in cash or I can pay in any good prescriptions I had on me.
