i would give negative star if i could, ridiculous service and customer support. They do not care, increase bill every month, refuse to redeem my xtras points before closing my account. I regret subscribing it, stay away from these scammers.
Ive been with Xoom energy for 4 years and have always had excellent customer service. I am as concerned as everyone else about the rising cost of natural gas. After checking plans from all other carriers however i’ve found that Xoom has very competetive rates and when combined with their customer service are the best choice in my area!
Best and cheapest electric company ever! They even have a budget program that keeps your bill the same amount every month! It's great! I always know what to expect for my electric bill. Plus they have a rewards program!
