Some of the best customer service EVER! I had to take my permanent bracelet off for a medical procedure and had it fixed at XOCHI. She was amazing!! Quick and did not charge me for it. Amazed by her kindness. I will DEFINITELY be back and will be recommending her services to everyone!
Tania is incredibly kind and personable. My fiance's bracelet broke after usual wear and tear and Tania fixed it for a free adjustment! Great service and products all around!

This was my first time getting permanent jewelry, and Tania made it such a great experience! She did a double anklet on me, which I absolutely loved— I have wider ankles, so I thought I wanted it to sit lower, but it ended up rubbing. I called Tania and she got me in right away to adjust it.
