UPDATE!!!!! I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for years, spending a significant portion of my hard-earned money on their services. However, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of care and the overall experience. The salon and tools are not clean, and the owner seems to be neglecting her responsibilities. The prices are also quite high, and the services are not worth the cost. Recently, I visited the salon and spent $200 on a pedicure. The gel full set turned out stunning with a smooth, high-gloss finish. The shape is well-balanced and neatly defined, giving a very polished look. The manicure process felt gentle and detailed. Everything has a clean and modern vibe.

I was really disappointed with my experience here - like others said, the staff seem to lack skill overall. The pedicure was very rough and uncomfortable. The technician did not use a callus remover or the correct tools at all, and when applying the scrub, no water was used to dilute, which made it feel abrasive and like sandpaper was being used on my legs.
