I am very dissatisfied with my experience here. This was my first time ever getting my nails done at a salon, and unfortunately, it was a negative one. The technician was quite harsh and ended up cutting my cuticles on two different fingers. The overall quality was poor, the nail shape was bumpy, the application was unnecessarily thick, and the design looked lazy and unfinished in several areas. This is hands-down the best french full set I have ever received. The lines are incredibly clean, sharp, and perfectly even across all my nails. I can't stop staring at my hands!
The pink & white set was done with amazing precision and looked incredibly natural. The color balance was beautiful, and the finish was smooth. I left feeling very satisfied with the results.
Total scam! They lure you in by advertising "20% Off for New Customers," but when it came time to pay, they made up a ridiculous excuse saying the discount didn't apply to the services I got. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and aggressive when I questioned the bill. The nail extensions were rushed, uneven, and looked terrible. Don't fall for their fake discount traps; their service and attitude are awful!
