My experience here was overall horrible. Walking in we were basically ignored and only greeted after saying hi, and the dresses were expensive (which we expected but still). The girl in red was my main stylist and while I can't remember her name I will never forget how she made me feel. She sexualized me the whole time, making comments about my body and chest. The girl in the dark shirt was SO sweet and kind though. She made the whole experience bearable, and I hope she grows to be an amazing stylist.
My daughter had an amazing experience at this shop. The ladies were very accommodating from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. The boutique was clean, well organized, and there were plenty of options even though it's later in the prom season. We left very happy about our purchase!
If you want gorgeous dresses and great service - this is the perfect place! Couldn’t love it more!
The customer service was very nice but that was the only good thing about this place. The dresses didn’t come in that many different shades/colors and all the colors they had were very basic. Mostly bright colors, bright pink, bright blue, etc etc. But above all when I did finally find a dress and got it home it was FITHY. It had glitter, hair, and dust in every layer of the dress. My daughter and I stopped in 30 minutes b4 closing on a Saturday and my daughter was able to try on several dresses. She wanted to look around a little more to have options. Well, we didn’t find another dress that gave the wow factor like the red one at XO by Sophia’s. Our strategy was to show up when the doors opened to grab the dress. The staff was wonderful and having visited many dress shops, this one’s customer service is phenomenal. They help you so Mom can relax…
