They do not actively work to provide their customers with needed medical equipment. If you need something you either need to be prepared to manage all the things required from the doctor and insurance company or find another approved supplier who wants to sell equipment. "It's not their fault the doctor hasn't sent over everything needed to complete the order." My doctor is shocked at how difficult getting a cpap has become. A simple call from XMED to the doc office would have saved so much money, time, and frustration.
Don' iUSE THem ypu will be sorry. Double billed for service never received.
Craziest company from whom I have received service. I receive a monthly bill. Before the due date, I will receive a past due bill. I receive random charges. I have been putting up with this for over a year due to cpap rental with my insurance being with them. I just keep hoping this finally gets purchased so I can move on with my life. What finally led to me writing this report is today (09/22/16), I received a bill for charges back in January and February. I guess these were not included in the 8 other bills I have received... read more
Made me wait a week before they made an appt, then found out it was their"driver" who made the appt. They would have to pick up my chair. Then, driver would not come on the day appointed. Then found out they only serviced chairs, could not replace it for me. 10 days lost trying to get my chair fixed or replaced. Do not work either these people. There is no desire to help the customer
