I came in for a lash lift and tint because I saw good reviews. However, the person who worked on me didn’t seem experienced—her name was Jenny (or Jennifer). The procedure was painful, and now, weeks later, my lashes are bent and look damaged. They look really terrible. If she wasn’t properly trained, why would the owner assign her to work on me? That’s very unprofessional and dishonest. When my eyes started hurting, the owner came over to fix it but didn’t even offer an apology. Overall, this salon is unprofessional.
The BEST lash lift I have ever gotten!! I’ve had extensions before and felt they were too much to keep up with, but then other people who would do my lash lifts couldn’t get enough lift for my lashes. LIZ did absolutely amazing, I’m so impressed she was so sweet and I cannot wait to come back!
she was very polite but about the service however I have gotten eyebrows laminated before and tinted. And never have I ever been missing eyebrows after the service I was told to wait 24 hours before getting my eyebrows wet which I did and then my eyebrows like started to fall off, and I had to remind her this is for my birthday. I am not one to leave reviews, but this Google Review was one that I did not want to pass up. Elizabeth, by far, is the best Lash Technician who I've ever experienced. I am from CA but travel to Vegas to get my lash extensions and my beauty services done by only Elizabeth. This is how much I value and trust Xliv Beauty to travel from afar! Ling always does such an amazing job on my nails. She has been my go to nail tech out here in Vegas and thanks to her my natural nails have grown to where I don’t need tips added. Ling and all the other techs here take their time and make sure your nails are done exactly how you like 😁.
