Worst customer serice I have ever received in 35 years. This is a terrible company that does not care about customers.

Make it easier to spray if one has hands with, say, peripheral neuropathy or arthritis, a good suggestion would be a bottle that can simply spray by squeezing the whole bottle with the hand not with fingers that are not that nimble
Sinus issues! Non addictive general relief from sinus problems.
We switched from a regular nasal rinse to Clear with Xylitol and the difference was amazing. My sinuses are very very happy. I have been able to actually breath through my nose. My wife had the same experience. I also used the Xlear Max nasal spray when my sinuses were acting up and the Xlear worked awesome. I can't recommend this product enough!

This is amazing! I am a CPAP user and get sick frequently with allergy type symptoms DESPITE having an expensive daily CPAP cleaner. I know the CPAP causes these constant sinus issues. By using XLEAR I feel like it clears and cleans my sinuses out of the CPAP bacteria, antigens, maybe even molds... and FINALLY no more weekly “colds”...thank you and I hope other CPAP users read this!
