Bob Ross was right about happy little accidents! My girlfriend and I were craving soup dumplings. We were at another restaurant across the street but realized it was the wrong place. It felt so cold and dark there. So we left and ended up at XLB Kitchen, a hole in the wall, and it was the best thing ever. The place is small but has an outdoor area. The restaurant smells bad like the smell from the toilet pipes, the food taste bad especially orange chicken….. I ll never come here again and not recommended… worse food in Cupertino
