We had such a great experience at XLB Kitchen in Cupertino! The soup dumplings were the star—perfectly delicate skin with flavorful broth inside, very filling. The fried rice was packed with tender meat and vegetables, very flavorful, wow! The tender Mongolian beef had just the right balance of spice and savory flavor. Quick lunch. The soup filled dumplings were delicious and exceeded my expectations. Fried chicken wings were good. Service was efficient and hot tea was immediately brought to our table.
The service was great, the lady serving us helped give us good vegetarian suggestions and even accommodated to give us veg steamed dumplings with chili oil as we really wanted to try it. But by far, the mapo tofu was our favorite. It was the perfect amount of spice. Recommend this place to vegetarians - for the really good food and great service!
