We had such a great experience at XLB Kitchen in Cupertino! The soup dumplings were the star—perfectly delicate skin with flavorful broth inside, very filling. The fried rice was packed with tender meat and vegetables, very flavorful, wow! The tender Mongolian beef had just the right balance of spice and savory flavor.
