I have been dealing with this store for years while working at a car dealership. They never make the quoted time for delivery. It’s almost impossible to make a call to them without speaking to 3+people who just pass you to someone else to handle. They are constantly messing up orders or just flat not trying to make delivery times. Not dependable and if possible you’d be better off at every other parts place but here. Terrible customer service.
Am constantly not getting my parts delivered. No call. No show. Call the store and No answer. How much money do I need to spend to have a reliable parts store......
