Lack of professionalism. Went in person to order a couple of parts. Lady “working” there handed me then phone to speak with someone else when she wasn’t busy enough to simply take my order personally. Waited over 20minutes to receive simple parts. Should’ve just gone to Oreillys. Now I know better. Don’t even bother walking to get parts here. They favor shops. Not regular walk in customers.
Horrible customer service Save yourself a headache & go somewhere else.
This XL parts have good parts at a lower price I have been a mechanic 45 years , if you want good parts not to brake down XL is your best choice
Good people
They are slow to respond, website completely wrong they mislead you with the part time arrival and the last five to six orders there they pay no attention for my orders and when I ask the manager what her name she hang up and I am talking about the store on Lake June and Buckner I'm unhappy from them and I will never order from them again.
