I brought Conner my old diamond ring. It had two 1/2 carat stones on the side. He suggested I make a necklace out of those two stones as well as a one carat loose stone I had sitting around. Not only was I happy with the price, but the necklace he made turned out absolutely beautiful. He is so honest and kind to work with. I will definitely be buying a watch from him in the future. I highly recommend XL Jeweler for any jewelry needs. Just an overall great experience.

Couldn’t be happier with how my custom engagement ring turned out at XL Jewelers. Michael and Conner made the whole process super easy and were great to work with. They both listened to what I wanted instead of trying to push something else. The ring came out incredible and the quality really shows. They went above and beyond my expectations and finished it earlier than the original timeline, which was a huge plus. I’ll definitely be coming back to them for future pieces.

Was referred to Conner through a mutual friend after telling him I wanted to get a custom ring made. Conner absolutely killed it! I’ve never ordered a custom piece of jewelry before and Conner made the whole process nothing but exciting! Knowledge and communication was a 10/10! He even delivered my ring personally the day it was ready knowing my excitement for this being my birthday gift to myself! Will 100% be back! Hopefully sooner than later!
