Had an amazing experience working with Mike to find the right Rolex for my first one! His office is comfortable and clean and he is more of an educator than a salesman, which made it easy to be excited and not feel pressured. Will absolutely be going to him again in the future.
Amazing experience! Mike was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Excellent communication. I was interested in a Rolex Root Beer GMT Master II that i saw on the site. Unfortunately it had sold right after i saw it. Mike had another one and we agreed on a price. The next day i got a call from him and he actually found me the same watch, but a year newer, and said i could have it for the same price. I was extremely pleased and obviously agreed.
