Hopefully someone in management at this location reads this - if so, take a little pride in your location and appreciate your members just a bit by giving them a clean facility, fix the sauna & Jacuzzis that keep breaking down, upgrade the locker/bathrooms, would be a nice gym if the owners would spend a little more time here than there residence in Vegas. The staff has very little control on complaints and improvements.. maybe hire someone to oversee the place for an upgrade.
Kerry Lynn led our class of seniors at Silver Sneakers Wednesday. Kerry emphasizes safety at the start of the class. She employs music the seniors can relate to in her routines. She interacts with the seniors with a great sense of humor. Kerry leads, instructs and frequently checks on members to make sure they are getting training benefits without overdoing it. Kerry always makes me want to give 100%, unless of course, I'm donating blood!
I used to love coming to the gym because I was able to work out while my son stayed in the childcare. It was worth the extra price because I need a gym with a pool and childcare. However, with barely any notice at all, XL decided to axe the childcare program leaving young families high and dry! I haven't been able to get to the gym once since they cancelled this program on us. I am very unhappy with this decision they made, and feel the need to shop around now. Not cool XL...
I've been a regular for almost 4 years & lets just say working out wasn't my favorite thing to do... Monday mornings I'd watch Netta's class get down & finally I got up the nerve to give it a try & after about a month I decided to venture out to other classes & now I absolutely love love love it!
