Since the first visit I felt welcomed and the doctor really care for patients. Also the app they use it’s amazing if you need to communicate with your doctor or check lab results.
I have been to both locations of South Miami OB-GYN. Every single time I go, I get the same quality of treatment…nothing less than being treated like family. I have had my fair share of medical visit experiences and have yet to be disappointed. The office staff has always been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Martinez is very patient and kind. She is always willing to answer any question I may have, despite me having many. She is also very attentive. South Miami OBGYN has overall great doctors.
Excellent customer service, very happy with all the staff , specially Dr. Martínez.
