I went to get a new look , i asked for a Bob cut and choose a hair color and got the worst hair cut , it was cut in layers in the back , all uneven , dye stain all on face and color was not what i chose and it was two difference shades, i am so embarrassed to go out , i can't believe she let me go home looking like that. Sandra was nice , but worse hairstylist ever . i also called to complain and they just hung up . so disappointing.
