Very nice, friendly, professional
The receptionist was very helpful to me when I informed her that I was having problems with my vision and she assisted me in filling out my forms thank you very much. Dr. Lou was exceptionally nice and told me my options without having surgery. I was very happy to hear that. I had the shot. I forget the guy’s name he really at me. I thought he was going to wait until it got numb, but he did it 123. I felt it very painful. I had a few side effects yesterday, but it seems to be subsiding.
Staff is friendly, and efficient. I love that they always get my in at my appointment time and do not make we wait for hours in the lobby. So few doctors do that now days.
