Bad company, awful people If you like exploitative companies that will treat you terribly, XILA is for you! If you want to pay your rent, get basic services, but otherwise be left alone, look elsewhere! These guys took over my building and first thing they did was fire the resident manager of 20+ years, right before Easter. Then they went in everyone's apartments to do inspections. THEY FAILED to find a leaking sink (we had to call them to get them to fix it). Then they complained that I had boxes in my apartment. Of course ... read more
Great Company! We shopped around and called a lot of management companies and we're glad we chose this one. They have managed our 8 units in Hillcrest for five years now and we're still friends. They are responsive to our concerns but our tenants are happy too and the building is full.
