XIco went above and beyond to get a big job done for us while we were out of town. They worked long days while still maintaining an incredible attention to detail. They're also lovely people.
Landlord finally received email at 13:30 from company; coincidentally well AFTER I've posted scathing 1 ⭐ rating. Slight upgrade to 2⭐ because at least the estimate was finally received (read: late) but still no because quote was ridiculously high while being severely inconvenienced? Not convinced, sorry not sorry.
