Troy was very helpful and explained everything in detail he even showed my boyfriend and I how the remote works and his son was able to install new remote right away. While we was waiting my boyfriend and Troy were looking and subs and Troy explained each one to us very well and offered for my boyfriend to bring his amp and sub box in so troy and him can see which one would work. I appreciate the great communication and fast service. Awesome work Xibit and Troy!!!

Troy with Xibit Customs is a phenomenal person; he went over and beyond to take care of me and my family. Drove a 8 hour round trip to get a wheel I needed for a truck that I'm driving. He said that he would take care of me; he kept his word!!! Definitely a great place to do business!!
