This doctor is dismissive and unresponsive. Despite providing clear symptoms, she refused to order necessary tests and required unnecessary visits for simple prescription updates. She also ignored my request to send a prescription to a different pharmacy, causing a financial loss. Poor patient care and communication.”

represents all the things wrong with modern doctors. doesn't look at you; only looks at computer screen while typing away; only wants to shove pills at you; never met an expensive test she didn't like; afraid to make diagnoses by herself.
I came in without an appointment at the very end of the Saturday clinic. Dr. Hensel was walking out the door but when she saw me, she turned around and took me into her office and gave me the best care possible without hurrying me and she was happy to do it.
She took the time to get to the bottom of my complaints and referred me to the right specialists. She replies promptly to emailed questions. I can always find an appointment open when I need it.
