The staff at the Upper Derby location is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. My mother is a 80 years old senior who doesn't speak English well and tried to communicate with them about making an appointment. The front desk staff dismissed her and even mocked her for not being to speak English. The own Dr. Li speaks fluent Chinese and profits from running a senior day care center with mostly Chinese seniors.
