Incompetent and dishonest. Told me and the nurse I had to have an echocardiogram, but didn't tell anyone else and neglected to order the test. Left me there all day and all night. Came in the next day and lied right to my face. I had been told repeatedly that the doctor had still not ordered the test, and they couldn't do it until ordered by a doctor. She tells me the next day that they were so busy they couldn't get to me.
