Great family experience! All the workers interacted extremely well with my 9 and 6 year old. They were very patient having them go through the metal detectors and had fun with them! We had lawn seats, but after 15 minutes of watching the show a lady asked my son if he wanted to sit closer and upgraded our party of 4 to VIP seats ❤️ such a great act of kindness! This was the kids first big concert and they loved it! Plus...the theatre even provided us with ear plugs for the kids! We all love 311 and hope to come back to this ... read more
poor line management. poor timing of front line bands vs. Opening acts.
My son had lost his wallet lastnight at the concert... tonight is was delivered by a volunteer Laura from Waterbury... Laura You are an angel and We are so thankful!! There are still great people out there.
Deanna B really helped me finding the best seats for my conditions!!!!!!! I recommend Xfinity Theatre because of their amazing workers!
