RecommendedDon’t buy lawn pass and pay 250 dollars. There is no free parking. No preferred seating. No lawn chairs if they run out. You get treated like crap. Not worth the hassle. Just pay for the one or two shows this venue will offer. Better shows at Foxwoods and Mohegan or mgm in Springfield. They are pound foolish. Where as other venues know you will spend a couple hundred. At this point with season pass I don’t even want to deal with hassle. I can go to an event on points stat for free and get treated with dignity.
this place is a Fing zoo tonight. really . why let drunk teens into the venue . it is so bad the people beside us left. it is a fire hazzard
I have been to many concerts at this venue, there are positives and negatives to every venue I have ever been to... if I have to pick a venue to see a concert it will be this one. The pros far outweigh the cons... staff are mostly very nice and helpful (there are bad eggs everywhere) and it is nice and local. My main complaint... which again is the same story at many other venues, are the concession prices. But parking is incredibly reasonably priced compared to other venues.
My boyfriend and I went to Disrupt fest where security was in the pit for every band pushing people. One of them ended up pushing me to the ground super violently and I was scraped all down my leg and arm, stomped on, and knocked other people onto me. My bf went to pick me up where security attacked him and dragged him out by his neck and hair bruising him on his neck, back, and arms while he complied and yelled at them to stop. 50.00 parking, 20 for a Tito's lemonade , cost of your ticket with fees ... absolutley disgusting.
keep your staff together and dont let them put their hands on customers ruined my night September 30th of last year.. talked to some woman that offered me a soda keep you soda should of had my tickets replaced it was for my Birthday now I am not going back .. wish I contacted a attorney and sued the whole place.. what a joke. paid over 300 for the tix over 200 for a cab and your staff ruined my day wasted my money yes Zac Brown is my favorite band. yes I am disappointed with your company putting this info on blast everywhere... read more

In August 3rd will be my first time on this theatre ( or theater) I hope they have a point where I can be dropped of and pick up by a Uber.
