Pull in to park about an hour early, and the parking lot attendant tells us "I'm sorry we're all sold out of parking." How can you not provide decent parking for an event that you were holding!? This is the second time we've had issues parking at this venue. There were so many drunks that you couldn't even enjoy the show; someone was being wheeled out or taken in an ambulance every 5 minutes. You shouldn't have to worry if the person next to you is going to vomit on you.

I get there early for the concerts and never miss a single act. I come in the back way park at the auto parts store pay $5 and walk a little andget right in no traffic even not a problem . Then walk back and no problem getting back on highway! !! This time im up grading from lawn seats. And im coming from plainfield ct

The most horrible concert venue that I have ever seen! The city of Hartford and the people who run the Xfinity Theater should be ashamed. I will never go back there and I plan on telling everyone about the horrible experience I had there last night!!! We took our teenage kids to see Luke Bryan who we really like but couldn't enjoy because of the thousands of totally drunk (many obviously underaged) people. I've never sen anything like it. Totally unsafe - totally unenjoyable. It should honestly be shut down.
This is the worst concert venue! The Xfinity does not care about the people who come to their shows! The place is so dirty! Their is absolutely no security that does anything! People are drunk everywhere. They oversell the pit area. We complained about people smoking pot in the pit and the security said to us, what do you expect? what do you what us to do? REALLY???? What a douchebag infested shithole. I'd sooner see a concert at Guantanamo bay than come here again. A seriously pathetic excuse for a venue.
Saw Chicago and REO Speedwagon a few nights ago. Been to this theater twice and love it. Parking was no problem coming or going...great atmosphere outside the entrance with food/drinks and tables. ..many big restrooms. Sound was great. Even stood at the stage during the show without getting stopped by security (guess was just lucky!) Someone complained about homeless people performing in the parking lot. They're not hurting anyone. Just give something or walk by. All in all great time and look forward to going there again!
