Well I am totally disgusted today after having a issue at one of the shows , management does nothing! I had to call three times to get a call back , and on the third call all I received was excuses saying we have been busy. I guess that's what they think customer service is. I informed them I had been to two shows this month, bottom line it doesn't matter! Just a small fish in their big pond!!
Horrible place!!! Worst. I was one mile from the venue and left at 6:50 pm to get there. I finally got into the parking lot at 8:30 pm on 7/11/15 for the James Taylor concert and when deep into the check point at the main parking lot was told there was no more parking. They didn't even stop cars from pulling into the main parking road at the streets level and instead made everyone an extra 20 minutes only to be told no parking. James Taylor, 7/11/15: The surprise $40 VIP parking was the first thing that annoyed me. Post some signs, for God sake, so people can decide whether to pay the highway robbery or not. And $4.75 for water? I should have bought the $1 from the man outside offering a fair price. BUT most of all, when you show the seating chart, you should show rows A1,B1,C1 in front of Row A because I thought I was buying front row seats. Just saw Kid Rock Wednesday, a lot of strangers to dance with lol
•Was easy to get in and was surprised how easy it was to leave. Traffic flowed nicely! •The attendants around were super friendly and helpful. The woman's bathroom was amazing. For the amout of women using it there wasn't much of a line. And it was surprisingly clean considering the amout they were being used. •Only down fall was the price of beer.
Great venue. Been there 3 times and I will go there again.
