So put it this way: if you will get regular run-of-the-mill service, not very personal or one that treats you in a special manner, why pay more? You'll get the same for reasonably less money.
Whoever is running the store has no system. You’re going to wait 30 minutes minimum for a 15 second inquiry. Person in charge must learn how to create systems that don’t make people wait…
