Took a long time to be seen to return some equipment. Salesman was friendly and helpful, others were rude by interrupting.

I don't know what I have to do for xfinity to return the money they stole from me but post here. Customer service online is the absolute worst, and on the phone they promise you a thousand things and keep charging you an amount that was NOT AGREED. I have a very big Instagram account and will not hesitate to post this across it if my money doesn't get returned to me immediately.
