So very fortunate to have come across one of the most professionally run gyms This gym is so unique in many ways Along with all the equipment and courses that you normally get from a gym you also have trainers that listen to your needs and will help assist and support you with your health requirements there is no judgement Just a very caring team !

I've been going here for over a year, and they make you feel like comfortable. The gym goers are also pretty cool. A few issues would be very small showers, very difficult to get out of, tap downstairs is very slow, needs to be looked at, and gym goers do not out their weights away or wipe down after themselves
