XFC Gym in Narre Warren (near the station) is one of the best gyms in the area. The atmosphere is welcoming and positive — no ego lifters, just people coming in to train properly and improve their health. The gym has a huge range of equipment. Everything is good just maintenance of machines and aircon and fans should work after hours too

Was good a cpl years back now the spin classes are all but gone unless you can do morning, change rooms are below average at best, lots of maintenance required and it's starting to attract a lot of people with very poor hygiene. The good, all staff I've dealt with are great. Heaps of options available locally now so may have to check them out once this year comes to an end.
