The first appointment was really slick- able to make an appointment the day before - and the blood draw was done quickly and easily. Didn’t even feel a pinch. The follow up appointment with Dr Little was such a great experience. She explained everything thoroughly and I understood and felt empowered in all the information instead of lost. Dr Little is wonderful.! She spends plenty of time with me you at each visit and encourages you to be an educated partner in my own health! Peri-menopause is not a one sized fits all process and it is essential to have a health provider who stays up to date on the current studies and treatments. I feel better than I have in years since I started working with Dr Little and am so glad I found Xena Health!
