I brought my printer into Xelar for a single error issue. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a nearly two week ordeal. I was told they would call me when it was ready (see screenshot). That never happened. I had to follow up myself just to get an update. Excellent tech !
I dealt with this company for my personal printer and was very satisfied with their work. I then recommended them to my employer when our office printer had issues. I am very happy with how they handled our issue, the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came to our office and everything was taken care of.
