They helped me save a 12-year old Brother Color Laser printer which had a main board failure from years of power surges. A new printer would've been 4 times more from online stores than I originally paid for the printer, so I was very happy they were able to diagnose the issue!
I brought my printer into Xelar for a single error issue. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a nearly two week ordeal. I was told they would call me when it was ready (see screenshot). That never happened. I had to follow up myself just to get an update. Before the repair even started, I was told I needed to purchase the replacement part myself on eBay, which I did.
