Over promised , underdelivered everything . No service provided, you are chasing sales wrap always . Overpriced products Purchased a jet peel device . Once the device stopped working ( just over a year from purchasing, used it maybe on 30 clients tops ) . The technician came in and like wow the device is brand new , very good condition. I would recommend staying away as long as Erin McLean is involved in this company. She is definitely not someone whose word can be trusted.
My experience, as well as that of a very close friend of mine, was disappointing due to an interaction with Erin, whose communication we found to be both impolite and disrespectful. This behavior does not align with the level of professionalism we expect, and therefore I will not be moving forward with this company.
