I was initially scheduled for Terminix, but after confirming they either lied or re-scheduled my appointment without my knowledge I needed service last minute and called Wyatt at Xcel Pest Control. He not only made time for me but serviced my residence as soon as he could and did a GREAT job. Hands down a true professional who was the epitome of customer service when I needed him most.
