Don’t work for this company. They act like children. They will go out of their way to screw you later in life. Primarily if you need work history related items from them. My wife worked for them a few years ago. She properly resigned with a two week notice. We are currently casting a mortgage. Our lender reached out to X-Cel for wage verification and work history verification. They told our lender they would not help. This is childish. Not an equal opportunity employer despite having the paperwork posted. Worked here for a month. I was bullied everyday for my disability. No HR department to complain to, plus I’m the new guy so I was told to tough it out. Had to visit the doctor monthly for my condition, was fired for doing so.

I worked there for a month as an admin at the front desk part-time. I felt like I was in grade school with an overbearing teacher who was the bosses wife. She constantly put me down. She was a micro-manager and made everything more difficult than it should have been. The owners do not respect nor treat their employees very well. They talk about them behind their back’s and the people in the shop do all the work and they talk about them the worst. Their employee turnover is very bad compared to most businesses. Beware!

Worked with these folks almost a year. The service they provide is incredible compared to larger competition we've dealt with. I'd recommend them to anyone that works in fabrication and needs a reliable vendor. I've always appreciated the speed and precision of their work when I'm falling behind.
