We reached out to Xcel Landscaping for advice on resolving an issue we had with a downspout from our gutters. It was draining near our side door and the area tended to get messy in heavy rains, which was particularly problematic in winter. He recommended a “dry well” in the area, where this water would be diverted and dissipate. We received a quote and a proposed date shortly thereafter.
