Because of this place, I’ve had to pay months of charges for an apartment that I had left over 6 months ago. I was told that I didn’t have to do anything when my lease was up, and that the auto payment would be stopped automatically. If anyone there tells you what you need to do to stop it, don’t believe them because what they tell you will not be accurate.
Horrible customer experience overall. After an issue with automated payments on their end, our power was shut-off with no notice. On a Thursday night. We were told after IMMEDIATELY rectifying the situation that our payment would process on Friday, it would then take one or two business days for our power to get switched back on. Unfortunately as they are the only area provider, they have no reason to do anything to improve the customer's experience, and they appear to be pretty ok with that.
