Xcels website sucks and their customer service is rude. I put in several stop service requests because I wasn't sure they were going through, I wasn't getting any conformation that it was canceled. Months later I realized I was still paying for an apartment I don't live at. I called and she said I never put in a stop service request so it was my fault but somebody moved in so I would stop receiving bills. She was rude, not apologetic or helpful at all.
