Refused to get a smart meter with no evidence of safety, security, or any assurance that costs won't become ridiculous because of their "green energy policy". We've paid 166 dollars plus an additional 16 dollars a month to avoid a smart meter on our home and barn. I'd give their mobile app 0 stars if I could. Their system glitched and withdrew double of what I owed on my bill. It is the first time I had that issue, but it will definitely be the last time I use their app for mobile payments That extra money was for groceries in the house! You need to fix the app to cancel payments! Not cool Xcel
Horrible, evil company. They lit half our state on fire due to incompetence. Then raised our rates to compensate for there failures. Then put mandated outages with a certain wind rate. In one of the windiest spots in America. They hold a monopoly over the top of our great state of texas. The day yall have competition will be the day yall go out of business. You don’t need a pay increase just because your CEO can still make millions a year. Make him pay for the upgrades. GIVE HARD WORKING AMERICANS A BREAK!!
