..Xcel website is crap...wanna check my usage of the day, and either get info til 11am that day when I am checking at 11pm that day,...or I get NOT ENOUGH INFO to report...Smart meters and COMPUTER website is BIG JOKE!!!!...Xcel IS NOT SPS!!!!!!.......just GREEDY utility company not even located here .....
Horrible customer service I don't recommend
If you have anyone with any type of assisted breathing device or any medical equipment in your home, it would be advised to look into solar energy, because at least you know you'll have electricity to run those machines at night. At the moment they are saying 24 to 48 hours out so maybe with enough lawsuits against them they could possibly actually be able to help people faster.
