Running your house off triple A batteries would be better than thier poor service.
Shut off our power due to a mistake on THEIR end that they admitted too. It’s been 24 hrs and it’s still not back on. All of our food is ruined and no turn on time in site. We have 3 kids, can’t cook anything, will have to replace all the food in our fridge and freezer. This company is negligent and has zero accountability or integrity.
